All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Processing Time
• Original artworks: 3–7 business days for processing and secure packaging
• Prints: 3–5 business days
• Custom or commissioned work: Processing time will be communicated individually
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–14 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Packaging & Protection
All original artworks are professionally packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Large-scale works may be shipped:
• Stretched and ready to hang
OR
• Rolled in protective tubing (when specified)
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Olessia Artworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and artwork
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Olessia Artworks is not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when necessary.
